Server not responding? Asking for possible fellow players help.

I understand this is something I should perhaps post in tech support, but there seems to be a ton of topics there similar to this that aren't being answered and on top of that I've been unable to load that section of the forum for a while now, for some reason (every other section loads fine). I hope some of you, other players, successfully resolved this issue and can provide some feedback.

So here's what's happening. Several times a day, when I'm transiting from a zone to zone, be it traveling to a new zone or exiting a PvP match or dungeon, I'll get the "server not responding" error, followed up by a disconnect with a "Timed out connecting to GameServer". After that, the character gets locked out for 30mins to an hour. Whenever I try to log in with that character again, be it normal or safe log in, it gets the same error around 40-50% of the load screen and then it disconnects again with the same message.

During this time, ANY other character can log in and play just fine. Foundry loads and works just fine. Only this one specific character gets this error and can't log in. This pretty much eliminates any issues with my internet connection, firewall etc, cause it would affect all characters if that were the case, not just this one. I don't think I was banned either, cause it makes no sense that I would be banned every day at random time for a random amount of time then unbanned again.

I've ran out of ideas what to do and how to try and fix this, so if you have any suggestions, please throw them at me. Thanks in advance.

Go to the options when u start up the game and enable "disable patching on demand"
u wil have to download a 1.8 gig patch, but u wil never have to patch ever again between zones, u wil just patch on startup.

It sounds like this particular character is somehow bugged. I think you're in big trouble if that's the case, cause I don't think there's much they can or will do about it.

Are you very high level? Cause if I were you, I think I'd make a new account and start over.

I hope you haven't spent any money on the game, if you have, then I think Cryptic definitely need to help you transfer all items to your new account.

@klixan I hope that's not the case! The character is level 60 and geared very decently... :P
