[Mindflayer] the "City Watch" needs more protectors!

Greetings,
we are a newly created guild that has roots on several other games, we started out in tf2 as tight knit community clan called 4Lclan.
Most of our Neverwinter branch can be found on teamspeak, however this is just part of our community which spans other games like TF2, Planetside 2, Dota 2 and even tabletop games.
Now by no means does this mean we are a large clan/guild, on the contrary we are fairly small, about 10 people on average populate the ts on a daily basis. I just wanted to talk about where we come from and how dedicated as gamers we are. Furthermore, We are a very laid back, silly mature group, drama free, and fun (I think anyways).
-We are looking for players that doughnut mind using teamspeak 3, as you can imagine voice communication is very important to us.
-We don't have any limitations on hardcore or casual, we enjoy all aspects of the game at our own pace, (right now pvp seems to be the most universally popular)
-As a mature guild we are looking for players that don't mind conversations in team speak to get out of hand. The conversations get silly from time to time, so thick skin is probably required.
-Prospect: I would like to make this guild late game orientated at some point, as right now the game is still in open beta and I do not mind taking it slow and laid back for others to enjoy the game. What is more important is recruiting people that want to hang out, joke around and most importantly, have fun.
