Terrible customer service, wont even look into misisng founder ADs.

i have been missing 1.4 million astral diamonds from my founder pack from day 1 and have received nothing but the same automated response, or a deleted ticket every time since day 1 of prestart.

you not giving me something i paid for is terrible, but then to turn around and not even bother to do anything but copy paste a couple times is simple unacceptable.

    Which Founder's Pack did you purchase?

    They have a new sticky post if you wanna go read it. They are in process of training more people for support to handle more tickets and working on other ways to better customer service :)

    The AD issue is complicated... though for your case, it's more interesting because you are missing an irregular amount of AD.

    1) I assume you bought the Hero of the North founder's pack, and not the Guardian of Neverwinter founder's pack or some other combination, is that correct?
    2) I assume you got the Hero of the North bonuses, and not the Guardian of Neverwinter bonuses (other than the AD), is that correct?
    Suggestion: Thank-you package to include Celestial Coin rewards
    This is an open beta. Start treating it like one.

    appreciate the concern, but my patience has run out on the issue and it has caused me to dislike even logging on anymore, this is simply my act of saying screw it and giving up.

    Did you purchase HoTN or guardian's pack as everyone above has asked you? HoTN pack comes with 2M AD where as guardian comes with 600k AD.
    Common sense is hard to come by around here it seems..

    What did you receive?
    And what did you not receive?
    You said that you were short 1,400,000 AD which would mean that you received 600,000 AD, correct?

    That sounds like you received the amount of AD that was connected with the Guardian pack.

    More information is needed to know what may have happened.

    Sounds like you received the Guardian pack but assumed it was the Hero pack and are just now realizing your error.
