[BUG] "Caturday" Box + First gift box in mail = no Caturday items

Upon making a new character, I went to the mailbox to retrieve my beginner's gift box (with the dyes etc.). Instead of the message that should have had the beginner's gift box, I received mail from Lord Neverember with an attachment for the "Caturday" box.

I open it, and instead of receiving the Caturday bonus items, I received the contents beginner's gift box.

Now, I can't get any of the Caturday items I was looking forward using with my new character.

The Caturday box and the beginner's gift box seem to be conflicting.

I don't remember what date it is listed somewhere but your character has to have been created before that date in order to receive the Caturday item pack. So your new characters will not receive those items.

That's okay with me if that's the case. However, I hope they fix this, it might be confusing to a lot of new players.

It's showing the Caturday gift/mail message instead of the one that's supposed to be there.
