High Vizier set

Today just got all 4 piece of High Vizier set and guess what? its not working.
The first thing is that the defense stolen from mobs, not always get stolen, you can see the buff but there's no defense
added to your base.

The second, most important is that mobs instead of get stolen the defense they got a buff ( the one that we shall receive).

You can see dummy got defense now wtf?

And btw i've tested also on foundry mobs and dungeons.
So i guess anyone was looking forward to this set i'll tell you, not worth it atm.

The character stats screen is slow to update sometimes, are you sure the first is not that? I have seen video evidence of the set working in pvp on another player (reducing their defense) and in pve (player got multiple thousand defense from steal time aoe).

The 2nd part is very interesting, I wonder if its an NPC thing.

Tested again and again, and seems that the results that i've posted are so true...what a funny set, if this is not trolling what else :P

its been fixed, it was broken and working like the GF's set allowing you to do millions of damage.
