Bugged Items not displaying properly, and

I have two item equipped listed below that are not functioning properly. The Helm isn't displaying on my characters head, and the greaves are changing what the chest armor looks like. Also I'm currently unable to right click, unequip items from my character sheet. I can click and drag them from the character sheet to inventory fine.
