Glacial Ring fo Hrimnir bug?

Can anyone tell me, why i cant equip both Glacial Rings of Hrimnir? Its a bug or what? There is five Hrimnir part and 3 of them give bonus 600+ hit point and 60 movement. As u can see in picture, system show option to equip second same ring, but i cant do that.
