Which T1 set?

If you was going for the complete set which t1 set is best to use? on the other side.. if you cant afford the pants for the 4th piece which set is best for the 2 piece bonus? (( even though ill probably get the 3 cheaper pieces )) And ya im mainly crit build though none of my stats are close to the 3k mark.
