Latest patch stops game from working?

I got the new patch this morning, i started loading my character and the game had a fatal error and crashed.
Now when i launch the game it is stuck on "Patching" it already did the patch from earlier so it shouldnt stop on that.
and i cant figure out how to verify the files, i put on force verify but it happens after the patch check which it is stuck on

    i have "too many attempts,please try again later", tried using proxy ,restarting pc etc nothing works, cool patch...8 hours now

    restarted comp and cleaned registry, its working now it would seem
