Daily quest issue

I am have an issue with the daily quest at 60, specifically the Skirmish daily. None of my characters can get the quest after doing it for the first time. Rhix doesn't list it or show the timer like the other daily quests, I did them once and got the reward but it hasn't shown up since.

I tried to get people who had it to share it, but that didn't seem to work either. I also tried to bug report it but that seems to be bugged for me as well, so here I am. Not game-breaking but annoying.

    i have the same issue it had me thinking there was no lvl 60 skirmish daily.
