I've seen threads and in-game conversations where people outright admit to insta-reporting every message with any of the abbreviations Lfg/wtb/wts in it, because it annoys them so much. This causes the more shy of us to actually avoid using the chat at all, in fear of getting chat-muted already for one lfg message because of bad luck when many people that believe "zone is for conversation only" even if we have no lfg chat, happened to see it and got angry because they hate lfg messages in addition to the wtb/wts ones... ;_;''
I can only understand these rules when there is another way of accomplishing something, such as the AH for the wtb/wts stuff. But in lfg matters, the only other way for someone that is trying to find parties and make friends is the finder tool...
So err... that might be one reason why some people would like to see improvements to the finder tool and are complaining about it. Because until there is another way to find parties, it's the only way they won't risk being muted every time they ask for a party. :'D

I thought it went along the lines of spamming LFG, giving up after 3 nights of no takers,
joining the 'training wheels guild' to do all the leveling up stuff, knowing that they would stay there running that stuff forever,
then finally chasing the 1 or 2 'end-game' guilds waiting for the vacancy for your class to move on
and burning out after raiding, working harder than you ever do for your 'paycheck', 8-12 hours a night, every night!
