In dire need of opinions on my build.

So I've been playing cleric and finally hit level 60. I've only played about one healer class in my whole "MMO career" so I don't have much experience with healers overall. Something about clerics in this game just pulled me in. I just need some input from some more seasoned healers in this game to help me out. I currently use Astral Shield, Forgemasters Flame, and Bastion of Health with soothe and foresight as my class passives. I'm mainly going Crit>Recovery>Power but I'm swapping out Recovery>Crit>Power soon. I'm also using a cat currently which is where majority of my crit is coming from.

My Feats are...
[Heroic]
Healing action 5/5
Greater Fortune 3/3
Domain Synergy 3/5
Weapon Mastery 3/3
Repurpose Soul 3/3
Cleanse 1/3
Bountiful Fortune 5/5 (human might I add)

[Paragon]-My actual concern when it comes to feats.
Deepstone Blessing 5/5
Benefit of Foresight 5/5
Invigorated Healing 5/5
Moon Touched 5/5
Rising Hope 1/5
Righteous Rage of Tempus 5/5
Ethereal Boon 5/5

-My questions-

1. For my class features I currently have Foresight and Soothe. Should I be using foresight and Healers lore instead?
2.I've been contemplating on swapping out invigorated healing for power of life. I've been hearing most of clerics heals come from Astral Seal so why have people been suggesting power of life?
3.Mark of mending and Moon touched are another set of feats i'm considering replacing. (I understand if I go mark of mending I need to go Healers lore) Is it viable or is Moon touched just better overall?
4. Should I replace Bastion of Health with Sunburst? Or is it just really situational?

Final words- I thank everyone for reading through this and commenting on this. I have enjoyed cleric but I've grabbed aggro quite a bit and felt I've done things wrong. I just need a bit of advice from fellow players and hope to continue down the path of a cleric. Thank you once again and sorry if my english sentences aren't that well placed together. English is my third language. Thank you!

Won't comment on your feats, there are some great guides around the forum that explain the feats and which ones to get/avoid at great length. I will say, however, that Sooth is not a great passive to run around with. Speculations are that they aren't working, and even with it equipped clerics are getting aggro. And also, spawning adds will immediately go after you in any case because of the healing, so that makes Sooth completely useless in that scenario, and it happens often. I personally run with Healer's Lore and Foresight, all the time.

I've specced into both Mark of Mending and Moontouched, I find they're both decent. Moontouched especially, so if you have to choose, pick that one. The only downside to it is that it's based on percentage and won't benefit from your power or critical.

I personally don't use Bastion of Health, I find the little healing it does in comparison to its cooldown is a big flaw, but I can imagine with a critical build that it can be useful. I prefer Sunburst because of the divinity and action points it generates is great, and I'm not sure Bastion rivals that. And Sunburst heals for a decent amount anyway.

What enchantments depend largely on your build, whether you're recovery/critical/power/defense etc. Again, refer to some of the guides on the forum.

I use foresight and Holy Fervor.
It really makes a huge difference in AP building. Takes me around 15-20s to fill my AP gauge and that's a lot of HG casts per encounter

I want this class in NW. :o

Well I've been looking at Mewbrey and Deistik's build in general. They have great builds but both of course being different from each other. My main problem is invigorated healing and power of life, on which one to take that is. So far I'm Recovery>Crit>Power.

That's what I run with 99% of the time. Some boss fights where I'm kiting a lot I switch out Holy Fervor for Divine Fortune and I swap in Healing Word because it gives good divinity on the run.

Otherwise, Yes you should ditch Bastion of Health for Sun Burst. The CD on BoH kills it. Sun Burst is amazing for building Divinity and AP. If you hit the 5 targets (allies and enemies both count) you get 25% AP base, plus whatever bonus your AP gain gives you.

Forgemaster's Flame is also a better heal than Bastion of Health.

As for Mark of Mending, I dislike it because it forces the use of Healer's Lore and since Foresight never leaves my bar and the other slot is Holy Fervor or Divine Fortune it would be waste points.

It's better (imho) to keep HG up 100% than it is to heal for 15% more. 15% less damage taken makes all heals better, including potions. Not to mention with Moontouched HG heals 25% max health over 15 seconds and increases damage by 15%.

Holy Fervor and Foresight for 99% of the fights there are, no question. Moontouched is an incredible feat when you get good uptime on HG. The fact that it's not reduced by Righteousness is just icing on the cake.

If they fix agro one day, maybe soothe will be a worthwhile ability, but for now, might as well slot damage reduction and AP gain.
