am i the only one who have noticed that the lightning effect (including the sound of thunder) does not work anymore?
Maybe it's a problem of my pc. No one else has had the same problem?

I did test play a friends quest for him today and noticed the rain that was coming down stopped when I mounted up. But the thunder and lightening was still going strong.
(I wished this was how rain worked in Real Life >.>)

This is the exact issue I came onto the forums searching for.
It's good to know I'm not the only one experiencing this problem.
I made a quest which involves a dark forest, with rain and lightning, and the rain stops when you mount up (or dismount), but the lightning continues as normal. It really kills the mood of my quest
