Please make the Caturday cloak a customizable neck slot item

The Caturday cloak is a nice idea, but because it can't be copied and has no stats, it's essentially just an inventory slot wasted. If you allowed it to be broken down to change the appearance of a neck slot item, it would become a valuable appearance item.

I must say that, eventhough i defended the whole idea, the actual contents of the Caturday box is a bit of a disappointment.
2 items you will never use (cloak and mask) a title and some XP. Sure the XP is nice... but the items are useless imho.
The cloak looks awesome but like said above, it has no stats and replaces a neck slot that actually DOES need stats. You cant even use the cloak as a Fashion item.

I would have loved it if it was a skin you could re-use on other cloaks, because i really love the look... but as it is now, its useless.

the xp pack is nice if used. for a capped toon is useless, and can't even be passed to an alt...this sounds like a smart move to "force" ppl to buy bags..
