Dazing Strike resetting (all) cooldowns while channeling Duelist's Flurry.

I did make a in game bug report about this, but thought I should post it here too, so that someone could confirm it.
So I was pvping with my 42 level TR, and got in 1v1 battle with other TR. I opened with Lashing Blade from stealth so it was on cooldown. After Lashing Blade, I started to channel Duelist's Flurry, and when I got to the last part of the channel, the other TR used Dazing Strike which resulted me having less than 1 second cooldown (felt something like 0.5 seconds) on all skills, and after that, my Lashing Blade's cooldown was reseted. This thing happened to me several times in various of situations. Not sure if bug or intendet.
TL;DR: Was channeling Duelist's Flurry with Lashing Blade on cd, enemy TR used Dazing Strike, Lashing Blade CD got reseted.
