I have made a ticket about 2 or so days ago, and not gotten a single response. This of course is getting a little irritating, as I paid for a service (an Item) with real money; and I am not receiving said service. The only reason I am getting irritated is due to the fact that as I level more and more the Item "heavy inferno nightmare" will become less of an awesome item once i hit 60, in which case it will be normal for that level. I cannot ride this mount. it tells me I cannot use this power when i click it. I have changed hotkeys and done everything in my power to try to fix it. If you could reset it or make it rideable again, that would be awesome.

Give them a bit of time, Theyre probably still working on the AH. I know its frustrating, but i have faith you'll be able to handle it.

You're not alone. I leveled up last night and as a result my mount went from being usable to "you cannot use this power". Pretty **** awesome not being able to mount at all. I made a ticket only to log in to a response that directs me to the support section of the website that refuses to load. Well played I'd say.

oh yes? They should not have made the zen store available at such an early juncture then, if they hadn't at least gotten the bugs involving the items fixed. All you have to do is look at this AH fiasco, to realize that they released the game too early. It is one thing for there to be bugs, it is another to not get a response from a ******* human being after 2+ weeks. If you do not have anything to say that is relevant to the issue at hand, keep your mouth shut.
