When are we supposed to get out items from the downtime? i havent got them and i played since closed beta

    The caturday bonus pack? They came in the mail today.

    Are the packs 1 per account or 1 per character?
    Cause I only got the pack on one of my characters and not the other.... (yes both were created before the specified time and date)

    You should have a mail in-game. You just need to visit the mail courier in Protector's Enclave (or whatever it's called) to pick them up.

    Got items on 2 of my characters, have not checked any other accounts.
    There is a rumor floating around that I am working on a new foundry quest. It was started by me.

    i checked my mail on the gateway and there is nothing in my mailbox.
