Gateway: Not remembering my Computer

Every single time I use the gateway from the same computer I keep having to go look at my email for the code needed to enter the gateway, even though it implies it will remember my PC.

Windows 8 64bit

    This kind of thing is usually cookies-related; have you cleared your cache and the usual things?
    Have you tried using a different browser?

    I've tried Win7 SP1 with IE10 and rolled back to IE9. Even added *.playneverwinter.com to trusted sites and to Allow all from them in regards to cookies. It still happens. It seems to be IE specific.

    I get that issue with my main computer on chrome, where I've set up cookie cleaning

    yeah it has do with cookies.if you want the site remember you then don't use any program that removes cookies from your browser and make sure your browser does not auto delete cookies when shutting down.

    Gateways for both STO and NWO cannot remember my computer much less my browser. So I don't use it. I do everything in game that Gateway is suppose to, but without the gateway messing things up. Enjoy using the Gateway if you want.

    Gateway always asked me for the code when I tried using Firefox and IE. I switched to Chrome and now it barely ever asks for it again. I wasn't clearing cookies nor cache on daily basis on either so I don't know what made the difference...
