Customer service?!?!

Hey everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem with them. on the 11th I bought the founder's pack but for some reason paypal never paid instantly (Took them like 5 minutes) so Cryptic banned my account cause payment was on hold, 5 minutes later paypal paid them and my account remains locked, so I opened a ticket with them on 11/05/2013 about it and today I got this response.

Does anyone know a number for the customer service team so I can shout at them for a little while?

Especially with the little delay in paypal releasing the funds so our accounts get banned for like 2 weeks
