PvP Issues - Cryptic doesn't even acknowledge them

So I have been pvping since day 1. I prolly have way over 1000 games played already sent out MANY MANY full pvp sets for free to random players because sitting on 25k glory all the time is pointless.
Crpytic, if you have any sense of wanting your game to make it, please for the love of baby jesus acknowledge the problems and that you are looking into it. There is a difference to us players when you acknowledge what needs to be fixed and not saying anything at all. Makes me not have faith in this game that you guys lack so much communication with the consumer.
So if you haven't noticed, I will inform you.
Your pvp que is broken. Sometimes it doesnt even let me in, sometimes it doesnt even give me a chance to accept and it just leaves me in protectors enclave, and today was the best of all. I log in to try and do a game and stream it to my viewers cuz they want to see my new Assassins creed build in action I get this.
Now I havent even gotten to balance issues but I wont complain until you actually get what NEEDS to be fixed, fricken fixed. You have a GREAT game with potential here. Don't screw it up. You are already downhill and losing your PvE player base with glitch.
Don't lose your PvP half because you won;t even acknowledge the problems. And quite frankly. Hardcore pvpers like me will move onto another game with a pvp mindset AKA Wildstar and blizzard codename TiTan. You havent even released info on balance issues or new content for pvp, a few new maps or hell what I want most. A ladder rating system.
Just a friendly reminder to you cryptic from a high rated pvp player perspective. I like this game. acknowledge the issues, and fix them and give pvpers like me some faith that you will commit to keeping up with your game. been what over 2 weeks since release now? and problem still going on with NO acknowledgement.

P.S before any trolls try and come out. I LOVE this game. Combat is fun. But with no rating or ladder system I get bored. 3's tdm something. game gets boring playing the same thing over and over again.

Team vs Team balance is fine. Don't cry over balance based on 1v1s.
New maps would be great but we know that wont happen.
They also need to add all achievements to your journal. It's stupid not knowing how many kills/wins you are away from your PvP title.

We have the new pvp zone coming up and in the future the devs want to give the foundry the ability to make pvp maps. That's likely a long way off, but sounds amazing.With all the problems and need to get out new pve content and classes etc I fear pvp updates will be on the backburner for a long time. I hope at least the queueing bugs are fixed though as that is really annoying.
If you seriously think 3 cw 2 cleric is balanced idk what to tell you man.... You are supposedly one of the good gf pvpers, I'd think you'd know how unbalanced certain comps are especially in teamfights. Class stacking is horrible in this game. very unbalanced. a triple cw 2 cleric team will destroy a triple tr 2 cleric team. they are outrageous right now.
