Need GM help

Need some help, my wife's account was hacked about 8 days ago and all of her astral diamonds from her founders pack were taken. She has since posted 2 tickets in game and all's she has received is 2 automated responses to go to the perfect world support site which for 8 days now she has not been able to log into and neither have I. I hope some one gets back to her soon because so far I am not impressed with the customer support in this game.
