Looking for a Cape

The tittle pretty much say everything
Where i can get a cool looking cape i found a few but they are kinda ugly

    be an ORC , we get a cool cape with our level 58 race quest .

    Why would you want a cape? Have you not seen the terrible physics in this game with them? I'm rather tired of being stabbed by my cloak...

    Yep. Keeps going straight through my characters body and becoming a loincloth.
