Stuck in party after PvP/Dungeon

Hi Cryptic
When we join a battleground/dungeon as a premade party of 3 or more, we are unable to leave party after finishing the said instance. Relogging does not help. Could you please move this up the 'Fix it' agenda, as this is pretty gamebreaking once you hit level 60.
