My issue, is that its very hard to tell when you are done with crafting an item, when you are super busy doing a dungeon or questing or anything really you can't tell if you are done with the item, especially if it takes several hours to craft the item, what i would like to see is an announcement like how loot shows up after you pick it up telling you the item you made is now in your inventory or you can claim it since its done. especially since crafting in this game is different than say WoW which completes items in less than 1 min of crafting.

The game notifies you with a sound effect when a task is completed, but yes, it is easy to miss. I mostly just use the Gateway for crafting, and you can even use it while you are logged into the game.

    Pretty handy with dual screens.

I do wish I could set the Gateway to email me when a task is complete though

    1) Your character must be Level 10
    2) It would be helpful to speak to the profession's merchant in Protector's Enclave
    3) You can either click the Hammer and Chisel icon at the top of the screen or press N.

    Hope this helps :)

boarin, There is a yellow announcement across the screen when you complete a task, the same bell tone as when you get maximum Action Points and the professions icon on the top of the screen gets highlighted.

maybe i am just absent minded but, when i do like 10 min crafting or whatever, about 1/2 the time i dont notice i finished until like 1/2 an hour later, yes it makes a noise but when your in a dungeon with lots of particles and action points going off its sorta hard to tell whats happening. so i would like a you can collect the item you finished icon to appear much like the loot windows of treasure boxes or something super visual =D

    just a suggestion

I wouldn't mind a UI interface like with Invocation that counts down to when your soonest task gets completed.
