Replayability?

Something I hate about this game is how every class, and every race, has the same story and quests. I attempted to play a wizard after a rogue, but it was so boring that I just stopped playing all together.

Seems I can only level up one character and do end game stuff to be entertained... Which sucks because rerolling is one of my favorite things in MMORPGs...

Anyone know if they are planning to change this?

Technically, there are already race and class specific quests.

This, plus foundry quests potentially give an amazing amount of quests, so you don't have to do the standard quests if you don't want to. MMOs also add stuff as they go along, so it's higher here with the foundry than other mmos i've played that don't have tools like that.

It isn't really different from most MMORPGs. The starting areas sometimes differ, but in the end it's pretty much the same experience again. Here, you have the foundry, so the content can be as varied as you'd like.

I wrote a bit about how I keep myself entertained in this post: Setting your own Goals.
