Gear Score, PWE or Cryptic even know about the problem?

I recieved 2 "recomended" items from our dungeon run last night. When I equip the times I lost a total of 732 defense and gained 100 power and 200 deflection. My class is a Guardian fighter. The "recomended" items are based on how much an item would sell for to a vendor, NOT the stats for that class.

The blue items sell for more so they are recomended for use, that usualy raises your gearscore. However, I dont want to run around a dungeon with power and movement speed instead of defense and AC.

Has any DEVS, Cryptic, or PWE even acknowleged that this a known issue? More and more people are hitting level 60. Your combat rateing limitis what epic dungeons you can que up for.

Question, Can you still walk into a dungeon and select "epic" mode if your combat rateing isn't high enough? Please post answer if anyone knows.
