Cragmire Crypts: Boss bug [Major]

Bug:
Every time a player passes the set line where Kallos Tam's cut seen is triggered, it triggers. Every time regardless of direction of travel too. If a party member walks back across the line, down the stairs, you are guaranteed to get to see then and again when they come back up the stairs.
Steps to repeat:
1) Run through Epic Cragmire Crypts until you reach the stairs before the first area boss fight.
2)Go up the stairs.
3)Walk back and forth between the floor at the top of the stairs and down the stairs slightly past the two columns at the top of the stairs.
Rate of Duplication:
100%
Notes:
I have not tried this in normal mode, however when I was there a little over a week ago, I do not think I had this problem.
I have not tested to see if this still occurs after he is dead. (I think it might, at which point you get the cut scene devoid of him, which I have gotten at least once.
By the way res timers still tick during cut scenes, I have had party members die on me because that cut scene prevented me from getting to them in time.
