is Vorpal Enchant not working?

I did a lot of testing with my Vorpal Enchantment(lvl2) and it appears that it is not working, I spent a lot of gold and keys to make this enchantment its sad to know that it doesnt work, I already lost 2 pcs of Tier 2 on the roll back and now this.

    Try making it lvl3 and you probably can one shot bosses.

    I think it's broken too. No change in severity percentage in char stats screen and no increase in crit dmg at all.
    Do keep ever present in your thoughts, my friend, that an illusion can kill you if you believe in it.
    And the real thing can kill you whether you believe in it or not.
