Where does the TR helm that is a mask with a wide brimmed hat come from?

    I got one from a end of PvP match reward. Not sure if it was triggered from high points or kills or what. It was a game i was level 19 so i monstered everyone due to HAMSTER scaling (x0,x1,x9 > x2-x8).

    I'll grab the name of it when i get home.
