I REALLY need help, my character can not get new quests

I know this is not the place to ask, but I have a support ticket that has been sitting since the 16th with no reply. My character is unable to receive new quests from anyone. None of the quest givers have a new quest when she approaches them. some do not even have icons. I was finishing a quest, Old Lynn I think is the name, and all of the sudden I get a pop up about another player being at the opposite end of where I am, whatever that means. It was there and gone so fast I am not even sure of the message. This was at the start of the final quest I had completed, or tried to. I went back to Old Lynn and turned in the quest and now I had my guide trail pointing back to the start point, Seven Toes as he had sent me on the mission to begin with. At this point something happened, there was a pause, I got a server error that I was unable to read fully because it was gone so fast. After that my guide trail was gone. Hitting z did not reset it. I looked in my journal to be sure that the proper quest was showing and there were no quests at all showing up in my "to do" area. I have several completed quests but not one of them is anything on this island.

I have tried going back to PE and talking to Sgt. Knox, but that is not working either. I have also tried to go to other areas and that was no good. I do not know what else to do. My character is unable to level now at all but I am unwilling to give here up. There must be some way to roll back or reset this character so she can continue on. I have also spent some Zen for her and I do not want to lose that either. This is not the first time a quest has died for me. I never could complete the quest at Blacklake to get the third bag and that is why I eventually bought one for Zen. She is level 22, trickster rogue, Tymorial@copperscaledrgn. Thanks.

    I'm actually having the same issue. Let me know if you find a solution. I've tried everything

    Have you tried pressing L and then clicking on the box that says grant quest?

    Yeah and it says no quests appropriate for my level or something

    I think my son tried that. He has been playing since the early beta's and knows more about the UI than I do. He can not figure it out either. I will try it again, though.

    Well, that was rather interesting. It did have a list there and I selected a skirmish and was in the queue for it, but I was never called to join and when I went back to look, nothing was in the queue. That is not the kind of quest I am talking about though, I am talking about the ones you get from the NPC characters that send you all around to do this job or that for Neverwinter. I think those are the best way to level until you get a lot further along than I am now.

    I have a friend with this bug. He sent a ticket, and the response was "Customer support can not help you with strategies for quests"

    How bloody stupid. Is there any answer/response to this issue yet???

    My answer today, after all this time is that they have to many requests for support and they can not help me. I was not surprised, in fact, about this reply considering all the issues caused by the tampering with the astral diamond market and the confusion that caused. I am sure that while everyone was focused on that issue there were thousands of tickets generated. I am of the hopes that things sill be a lot better in the future, support wise.     A friend of mine who is also playing has this same issue. No quests showing up, no quest givers for the main quest to continue. Blargh, are there no answers for this?

    Maybe check files at start up portal (if there is an option - I know there is if I crash)!

    Well, I finally got my character to level doing foundry missions so now I have quests for the new level but never got to complete the ones from the previous level. I guess it is not a big deal, as long as I can still play that character. I would have hated to start all over.
