Suggestion: serious GWF ballance improvements

My opinion on how to balance GWF...
GWF instead of great responsive game play is slow and has the worst positioning/dodging ability "Sprint" (only usefull when running out of battle... sometimes I feel like Logan Thackerey from Guild wars 2 "If you know what i mean
"), single target DPS is VERY lackluster, both tanking and damging builds don't contribute well to party play!
1) Tactical ability change
I want to see sprint removed, since its mostly useless in both PVE and PVP. Instead I want GWF to have tactical ability that will be on par with other clases -> 2 punishing charges with lower or no damage at all on full stamina. this would be medioce buff to compensate not so effective actual positioning.
2) Offensive group play buff
Punishing charge should be replaced for new skill. My idea is leadership shout, that will grant all allies in 30'aoe 10% movement speed bonus and 5% bonus damage for next succesfull attack for 5 second (buff ends prematurely on succesfull attack).
3) Defensive buff for group play
Buff threat gains on sentinel tree feats from 5/10/15/20/25% -> 10/20/30/40/50% (this will be best to go hand in hand with slight threat reduction to the cleric this also helps GF's). So off-tanking and main tanking will became at least possible.
4)Sure strike
Slightly Buff Sure strike damage (5-10%). (sure strike dmg is really laughable even with "Great Weapon Focus" feat)
IMHO those changes wont make GWF somewhat overpowered... overall it improves positioning (mediocre early to late game buff), gains option to offensively buff party members (it would help with LFG mid-lategame), gains option to became off-tank/tank (it would help with LFG mid-lategame), slightly increase single target dps (slightly improve early to late game single target capability). Overall I believe its pretty slight buff that helps a lot.
Constructive criticism is welcomed here especially if you vote in poll for second option explain which you think are right/wrong changes and why. If you like my idea post at least "hello I like it" so somebody maybe ever read this. And since I'm not a native speaker be patient with my engrish.
