Anyone else unable to republish a quest?

I have tried republishing a quest twice in the past few days to update it. It lets me push the publish button and does its normal load time, but the quest in game does not update. I changed the name of the quest too, and that also does not update so I know right away that it hasn't been republished.
Anyone have this issue?
