Anyone else annoyed with dungeon queues and arena kicks?

Dungeon Queues
The party balance in dungeon queues is silly, most parties (in my experience) never have a very good mix of classes. I went into 7 dungeons yesterday that had to repeatedly keep kicking classes because we never had a cleric. One party I joined had 2 Trickster Rogues, 2 Great Weapon Fighters, and 1 Control Mage. Dungeon parties should have a tank, healer, and 3 DPS (preferably 2 melee + 1 ranged, or vice-versa). I end up joining 10-15 parties in dungeons only to be kicked immediately upon entering because they need healers as a DPS, I'm sure this happens to a lot of other players as well (as I have a relatively decent GS and I'm generally always top DPS in a dungeon, I don't think I'm too terrible of a player).

I also hate the fact that a lot of folks end up dropping party mid-dungeon, and there is no way to rejoin a queue for another party member. Many of the dungeons when completely pugged are difficult with 5 people, much less 3 or 4. Fixing this issue would make dungeons a lot more enjoyable.

Arena Parties
In addition, I hate the fact that I join arenas a lot of times and watch the party leader kick everyone so they can sit there AFK without being reported. I believe there should be a voting system in kicking people from the parties. Granted, arena queues are pretty quick (unlike dungeon queues), but it's still frustrating, especially since it frequently causes me to encounter a bug after being kicked from a party that prevents me from being able to join any other arenas until I exit and log back in.

On another note...
I think you guys have done great with the game so far, it has been very pleasant. I realize you're still in the beta, and hopefully the things I've mentioned are already in the process of being looked at. I would much rather see things that have an impact on the gameplay fixed first, I don't really care about spending money on things in the Zen shop when I can't even complete a dungeon. A slight restructuring of priorities could greatly benefit the game.
