Hey all,
So I've been getting tons of mails from these idiot spammers about buying gold/diamonds via the in-game mail.
Now, when I get one of these mails I hit "report spam" and the sender is added to the ignore list and the mail is deleted. The part where the bug report comes in is that it seems that even though I've blocked several of these "people" I am still getting mails from them. No not new "people" the SAME people who are already on the iggy list. How can I tell this? It's the big red message when I hit report spam that says ERROR: person is already on ignore list (or something to that effect). Please can we look into getting the ignore list sync'd up with the mail so we can have some sort of control over these morons?
Thanks

Did a search for this so as not to start a new thread.
The ignore function apparently isn't affecting in-game mail, as I keep reporting spam from the same gold selling accounts every day, and every day I get an error message that such-and-so is already on my ignore list.
(There may be a further bug in that the "report spam" button doesn't seem to be reporting anything to anyone - pretty sure some of these accounts would have been banned already if anyone was hearing about them, given the recent AH exploit and mass banning.)
Yep, got my 3rd or 4th from the same guy in spite of him already being on my ignore list. I think he is working from a list, and using automation to send out the mails.
I am now filing GM reports (H for Help -> Request GM Assistance -> Player Behavior) until he gets shut down.
