What stats is a Control Wizard looking for?

Im around 30 and Im beginning to wonder what stats are most important to the Control wizard build. I checked out the forums, but didn't see any information ...

Am I interested in armor penetration stats, or defense? Or do I focus on Crit Strike and defense or recovery?

Anyone have any words of wisdom?

    I am around 30 as well. I have been focusing on power>crit>recov>armor pen. Don't know exactly how the mechanics work but I seem to be doing more damage than most near my level in instances
