Wow what a weekend, there is however more than one thing needing addressed here.

First lets begin with all the people crying for their money back. Folks this game has been from day one clear about the fact that this is a beta. True they charged you for it and true as a consumer you have expectations. The problem is as a consumer you made a purchase evidently based on ignorance and the company should not be punished for you not know what you were buying.

Now let me be clear I find the entire concept of buying your way into a beta reprehensible as a business practice. For that matter I am finding Perfect World to be the HAMSTER company I have seen in commercial practices but that is not the point here. As a consumer you should be informed and knowledgeable when you make a purchase and when you are not the fault is your not the companies. If you seriously spend money to get in on the beta of a F2P game then you deserve to lose your money because you made a bad purchase decision. So please stop whining and trying to lay blame on others for your mistake, take responsibility for your actions and learn your lesson, move on and never again buy into a beta.

Next up we have Cryptic and the AH exploit. Cryptic you should be ashamed, you have known about this exploit for how long and not fixed it? Are you so na
Ever ask a halfling to watch over your stuff while you visit the privy? Was it there when you returned?

I made my purchases to support a game I enjoy, and I have no regret despite the issue that arose. I did a lot of research on the game, and this isn't my first PW experience, so I was quite well informed.

You would do well not to assume.

Man just because it's named BETA it doesn't strip the customers from expecting a certain quality from product or a service -.-. The sad truth is when product is bad, quality flawed or it doesn't work as the customer had right to expect there is no doubt you should either refund or compensate. Upon such reasons in most of the country-laws generally I think that the words that you not refund any purchases you can put in you #$$ I think :) This way most people that are annoyed enough to place a chargeback and given reason will get their money back. Don't sell stuff that people want to refund because it is flawed you won't have problem with additional refunds it is easy as it is.

I've paid bucks in games not a lot but still never charged it back, anyway upon some reason I think I might be trying to get money back if the service give me reason and the quality is poor or the features not work as they should then well I think you have the right to do so.

In the end look at you you are writting this post for a reason as well as customers have their reason this only proves that given circumstances, service provider need to stand up in providing enough quality so the customer won't get the reason to chargeback, refund or whatever. We have already a situation in the industry where seller abuses their position and give poor quality to the customer with a note that they don't refund a money which is a one big false
