Same issue, bug reported it.

Did you spend celestial coins on another character?

Yeah, all of mine are gone on all my characters as well.

I still have all my ardent coins though.

Oh well.

They already know this situation exists, it's mentioned in the rollback FAQ.

Suggestion: Thank-you package to include Celestial Coin rewards
This is an open beta. Start treating it like one.
