Help with GF powers and talents

just wondering what is the best spec to go as a GF, i wanted to play a tank, but it seems as tho the aggro in this game needs some work. if someone could help me out n let me know what the best spec to go is for endgame. hopefully they will fix GF, so we can tank n hold aggro. what powers, feats and talents should i pick.
