With cheat bid, they not only get free AD, but also get the item that listed. Just imagine, when you logon your char, and find that your valuable item had been sold to someone with 1AD. Even Cryptic manage to remove those AD and restore zen, if they can't replace those items back to their owner, that would still be a chaos. Especially when there's a multiple transactions of the item, and would take massive amount of resources (both human and time) to sort out~

So you still have faith that a minor rollback could cure the wound??
Just a complete wipe and restore zen that purchased~No more ticket spawn, no more complain about economy breakdown. No matter what action Cryptic takes, there will always be people that unhappy and leave, and people that choose to stay.
