Why do they keep saying it's beta?

They're using beta as an excuse, the game is not a beta once you open up a cash shop and start taking people's monies.

All of these exploits have been ridiculous, and poorly and inefficiently addressed. The response times with exploits were awful, good job PWE.

Fix your game.
