Id be happy with a complete character wipe, But if this was to happen, How and would we regain our Zen which we have bought with real money. Another thing I would like to ask is, If a full character wipe was to happen, would the people who bought the packs regain their Astral Diamonds and the respec points.

I'd love to see it happen, After all it is a beta still so it can happen I know that their is a shop so many people don't call it a beta but in reality it is still a beta. I just don't know how people who bought Zen would regain them. Would we have to contact Customer support and send them proof or would it already be on their system?

i've tried asking this on Facebook awhile ago but no one replied.

I'm sure PWE's credit card processor would drop them after all the chargebacks if they did a wipe.
