Do all cleric companions cap at level 15?

    Yes, all the 2g/free ones do.

    There are books you can buy to upgrade so they can go higher but you can't buy them yet.

    (you can see those book at the companion vendor, but they are listed as "coming soon" or something like that)

    Do NOT get the ZEN one it's not a healer it's a "buffer".
