Crush It is a guild focused on crushing the most difficult content the game has to offer pve and pvp.
We're a group of friends that mostly came from DDO, as we've beaten everything that game had to offer and are looking for a new challenge.
Currently waiting on module 1 given we've beaten every dungeon tons of times, and all of the best guilds in pvp can't really stand against us that well, tho a few still have members who can offer some challenge.
We're mostly north american timezone, though we are an international guild and have players from across the globe, so thats not necessary. Main schedule will include Castle Never every friday 7pm est, and many dungeons tuesdays same time, and randomly pvp/gauntlgrym/etc throughout the week whenever we have time.
A mic and the ability to hear and understand english voice chat is required. You don't need to say much anything, but for how hard some of this is, you need to be able to respond at least to basic stuff.

eg: 20 min spellplague - with optional boss, 15 min without, possibly faster if we used any shortcuts (I generally don't allow them)
Karrundax: didn't check run, tho killed boss in under 15 seconds per phase. Other bosses are always done legit.
Dracolich Boss fight: 3-4 minutes
Epic Dreadvault: Not really found a fast way, but we are one of the few guilds to consistently beat it.
And our pvp team is unmatched. Few guilds can give us a challenge, but none really ever beat us consistently.
