Ring & Amulet ability to chance appearance

Please give rings & amus the ability to have their appearance changed. I would like to change one of my rings appearance for the otherwise useless purple glow ring from the guardian pack & also would be cool to change my amulet into a cloak. I'm sure others would also like to do the same.
