Auction house mail attachments missing

So i bought a battlefield scavengers long and sleight dagger by bidding at AH. After 5 days the mail finally arrived saying id won the bids. Except neither of the mails had the items attached. Two 30k AD value items lost to me forever. I reported this bug and sent a ticket to customer service and they still have'nt replied. Please fix this cuz i really love this game (even after wasting zen on lockbox keys for nothing) but such bugs are very detrimental to the game. Thanks in advance and heres to hoping i get my items back.

    Same thing happened to me except i sold something for 4,500,000 it said it sold and nothing was in the mail.
