Daily Skirmish Turn in

Seems that Daily Skirmish is all messed up for me :/ I do the 3 needed but it doesn't say "Talk to Rhix" I abandon and do again and it does the same thing. Anyone else have this issue...

    I just got this as well. Did the same skirmish 4 times and it will not complete and let me talk to rhix.

    think some of the dailies are bugged at certain levels, cant remember which dungeon it was , but i did it 4 times, and it still said 0/1(and yes i was right level), so i moved and and continued leveling, next level bracket one worked.
    and in term of skirmish dailies, even tho there is a lvl60 skirmish, i have never had a daily available for them, since getting to 60(still get dungeon and pvp)
