Takedown would have been good but it's range is HAMSTER. You'd have to be on top of someone to even hit with it. The range needs to be increased.
Dude, read your dammed tree. You want Savage Advance, not cresendo, and no flourish. Come and get it is useful, but I haven't slotted it as an encounter ever.
1. come and get it is on a long cooldown. Why cycle encounters when you don't need to?
2. Savage advance cuts cooldowns by 25% if feated for it. Even a 10s cooldown is dropped down a nice amount.
3. I just wanted a number 3.
4. CGI is a possible win when you consider that you can lower the cooldown by a good 4 seconds without gear.
5. Hitting 3 encounters, SA, then Unstoppable will put you back at being able to use 3 encounters as soon as Unstoppable ends. (sometimes during.)
6. You can occasionally perma-unstoppable for 3 cycles due to the insane dps you are putting out, and due to a team that isn't there to see how far mobs can be tossed around.
I find savage advance to be pretty garbage, it only hits 1 mob, pushes everything away and then you chase that 1 mob and do less damage then you would if you just hit them with crescendo, and even then, just use slam, you will do a lot more damage then either. As far as encounters, I am running indomitable battle strike, roar, and come and get it. If you are paying attention and hit anything resembling a group of mobs, roar will give you nearly a full unstoppable and half a bar of action points.

Agreed, that's why I don't use it. Flourish, however, has perfect range, and is one of the few GWFs skills that needs to remain AS IS. It's easy to use it from quite a distance.
If you're talking about trash in a dungeon - Come and get it + punishing charge+roar is a lot of fun.
Come and Get It on a ledge, Punishing Charge through, rotate 180* and Roar. Many lulz will be had.
However if ledges aren't available, Not So Fast + IBS during Singularity will help boost your score as well as increase the clearing speed.
For bosses? Reaping Strike. Over. And. Over.
12k GS without double dipping 2/4 set bonuses here.
Encounters would be more useful if our Avatar of War set bonus wasn't triggered by said encounters. Sure you can use Not So Fast to activate the 4pc, but even then it's such a short duration, you're lucky to get more than 1 Encounter off with the added Power and Recovery. Why the Swashbuckler set is triggered from At-Will's and ours isn't is beyond me, however I have submitted the proposed change via Ticket(ROFLMAO) system.
i use pushing charge ,IBS,and roar and many times i get my daily meter full before my 1st slam ends ....depending on dungeon and mobs and boss we have change encounters

Roar is a must for very fast AP & Determenation build up
IBS
Daring Shout or Mighty Leap/Not so Fast for some extra AoE damage when needed. Only use Daring if you have the Paragon feat for +Dmg% to Marked Targets.
(Mighty Leap for times when you have tons of mobs and you want to live a little longer while the Cw gets a Singularity going or the DC drops an Divine Astral Shield)

CAGI, Roar & IBS Encounter's. BMS & Sure Strike At-Will. Crescendo/Slam Daily. Wicked Strike, depending on spec, is often times better for T2.
