Did PWE turn off the ability to submit a billing ticket on the support page?

Seriously, I get as far as clicking on the option to submit a billing ticket and the page won't display because it begins going thru infinity redirects. Seriously wtf...

Go ahead and try it, click on the option to submit a ticket and see how far you get

    The infinite redirects is a bug which effects a small amount of players and sadly has proven to be most difficult to track down.

    Here are a few work-arounds.

    1) Make a new account as a means to file a support ticket. Just send a ticket and reference your other account as being effected by this bug. Normally new accounts won't be effected by this bug.

    2) Send an e-mail to customersupport@perfectworld.com using the e-mail you registered with PWE.

    3) Call them Mon-Friday 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM PDT. Be sure to have your account name and Transaction ID handy.
