DC/TF Looking for Casual/Friendly Guild (Mindflayer)

Greetings,

My companion and I are looking for a casual/friendly guild on the Mindflayer server.

She plays a trickster rogue and I play a devoted cleric and those are our main interests, but we will play alts from time to time (GF/DC alts currently). We currently play a few hours a day (more so in the evenings PDT).

Some of the things we are looking for:

Casual in nature -- not progression focused. We want to do dungeons and skirmishes, but not necessarily do them constantly or have it be the focus of the guild (casual PVP would also be fine but it is not a great interest)
Friendly -- Some sort of code of conduct that helps ensure the guild treats others with respect.
RP -- We would not mind a guild that has some roleplaying, but not be enforced (eg guild RP events would be cool, but guild chat would preferably be OOC)
