Stuck outside instances

I just turned level 29 and am now able to queue for Straight to Helm. I've been able to join all dungeons/arenas/skirmishes with no problems before. Now, however, I queue for Straight to Helm, get a group all set, and then I am not teleported to the instance.
This is now happening with all other instanced gameplay.
What should I do?
